Campaign rules
These plain-language rules describe the auction mechanics. The Sponsor Terms control if the two ever conflict.
What a sponsor buys
A cleared payment earns a permanent digital sponsor listing with a logo, tagline, and tracked website link. Physical vinyl placement is conditional on finishing as the leader of a named truck panel when bidding closes.
Each panel is a standing auction
Ten fixed truck panels remain open while the campaign is active. The first bid must meet that panel's opening amount. Each new cumulative total must exceed the current leading total by at least $25.
Cumulative bidding
A returning sponsor may bid again on the same panel. The new total includes that sponsor's earlier cleared payments for the panel, so checkout charges only the additional amount required.
Outbids and refunds
Being outbid does not trigger a refund. The earlier contribution remains part of the campaign total and the sponsor keeps its permanent digital garage placement and tracked link.
When bidding closes
Bidding closes when verified funding reaches $150,000 or when an approved full-truck buyout closes the campaign. The panel leaders at that moment become the physical-wrap sponsors unless a full-truck buyout applies.
If the goal is not reached
Paid digital sponsor listings remain published even if the campaign ends below the vehicle goal. No physical truck placement is promised unless the vehicle is purchased and the wrap is produced.
Full-truck buyout
A full-truck buyer may receive an exclusive professional wrap and close panel bidding early. Prior paid panel sponsors keep their digital listings, links, and recorded contributions.
Content review
We may reject illegal, infringing, hateful, adult, deceptive, malicious, or impersonating content. A technically unsuitable logo may be replaced with a print-ready file instead of being rejected automatically.
Exposure
Driving routes, impressions, views, and website clicks are reported in good faith but are not guaranteed. This is paid sponsorship and campaign entertainment—not an investment, raffle, charitable donation, or guaranteed advertising contract.
Public records
Verified campaign payments appear in the public funding ledger without publishing private contact information. Sponsor-link clicks are counted and displayed as a basic transparency metric.
