Sponsor Terms

Working draft dated August 30, 2026

1. Sponsorship purchase

Each cleared payment purchases permanent digital campaign placement for the submitted business and adds to that sponsor's cumulative bid for one named truck panel. It is not an investment, ownership interest, charitable donation, raffle entry, or promise of financial return.

2. Panel auctions

Each panel remains open until the campaign reaches its funding goal or an approved full-truck buyout closes bidding. A new cumulative total must meet the published opening bid or exceed the current leading total by at least $25.

3. Outbids and refunds

A sponsor is not refunded merely because another sponsor later takes the panel lead. The earlier payment continues to fund the campaign and the sponsor keeps its permanent digital garage placement and tracked link. Administrative refunds, fraud, duplicate charges, and legal refund rights require separate final provisions.

4. Physical placement

Only the final leader of each panel receives physical vinyl placement if the vehicle is purchased and wrapped. Exact logo size, orientation, spacing, and production treatment remain subject to the vehicle, safe operation, law, installer requirements, and final wrap design.

5. Campaign goal and unsuccessful close

Verified sponsor payments count toward the published $150,000 goal. If the campaign ends below the goal, paid digital placement remains, but no physical vehicle placement is promised.

6. Full-truck buyout

An approved full-truck buyer may close panel bidding and receive an exclusive physical wrap. Prior paid sponsors retain permanent digital placement and their public campaign contribution records.

7. Display period and vehicle events

The final physical-display duration, start date, vehicle ownership period, rules for sale or total loss, repair downtime, replacement exposure, and any minimum driving commitment must be finalized before live payments are accepted.

8. Logo approval

The project may reject or request replacement of material that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, obscene, hateful, unsafe, malicious, impersonating, or technically unsuitable for digital or vinyl production.

9. Sponsor rights

The sponsor represents that it owns or has permission to use the submitted name, website, tagline, and logo and grants the project a limited license to reproduce, resize, display, link, photograph, and promote that branding for the sponsorship and related publicity.

10. Exposure and click reporting

Views, driving routes, impressions, and tracked website clicks are good-faith campaign metrics and are not guaranteed advertising results. Raw click counts may include automated or repeat traffic unless the final measurement policy states otherwise.

11. Payment verification

Panel leadership and campaign funding change only after Stripe reports a cleared payment through a verified webhook. A browser redirect, pending payment, failed payment, dispute, or chargeback does not create a final placement right.

12. Final terms

Provisions covering the exact vehicle budget, full-buyout price, refunds and chargebacks, cancellation, delayed funding, physical display duration, vehicle disposition, liability, privacy, disputes, governing law, and contact information must be finalized before live payments are accepted.

Draft for attorney review. Live payments must remain disabled until Section 12 and the physical-display obligations are finalized.
